Currently on display in the exhibition room is When I Was 11… (2021-23), a video and written record of Komori and Seo asking people in Miyagi Prefecture, ranging in age from 11 to their 90s, about what was memorable about being 11 years old, life opportunities, and what they felt was important. In the Artist Talk, artists will talk about the background and purpose of the work and interview methods. Then, an Interview Experience will be held in which participants will try to interview each other. Participants will experience how to listen to the other person's words, and how to connect the words through careful dialogue between the listener and the speaker.
