The Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art opened in 1989 as the first public museum specialized in contemporary art. This year marks its 35th anniversary.
On May 3 (35th Anniversary Day), all current exhibitions will be for free admission, and on May 5 (Children's Day), admission will be free for children through high school. Please visit Hijiyama under the dazzling fresh greenery.
